1)  How can I check my bandwidth utilization?
You will provided with the Bandwidth Utilization graph to check your utilization .   

2) My connection is not working !
Please check your connectivity to the internet  with the Ping and trace utility for  multiple and most widely internet sites.
Also check the DNS configurations. Please contact Exattnet support with these ping ,trace and DNS results .

3 ) My Mails are not going ?
Please check your incoming and outgoing mail server entries first.
For incoming mails problem, Please check the telnet to the incoming mail server on port 110
and for outgoing mails problem, Please check the telnet to outgoing mail server on port 25.
Please check the error message you are getting in the mail client and send it to the customer support .
